The 2008 NAST Annual General Meeting: In preparation for the Supertwins Annual General meeting in November, I have compiled a list of local accommodation. The meeting is being held in the Shifnal War Memorial Club.
Shifnal War Memorial Club, 1 Priorslee Road, Shifnal. TF11 8HD
Shifnal is an old small market town in Shropshire, lying just off the M54 between junctions 3 & 4. Shropshire is a beautiful county and Shifnal is only five minutes drive from Cosford Air Museum, which is free to enter, and has the new Cold War display which is well worth a visit. Fifteen minutes drive in the other direction is the famous Ironbridge over the River Severn with the Blists Hill Victorian working museum, Coalport China Museum, and Enginuity a hands on experience which is great for children all nearby. So come and make it a weekend.

This is the last run of the year for the Super Twins. We will be giving it our all here to try to catch Floydie for as little point gap as possible, and trying to make him nervous about next year! (as if!)
Location: Old RAF Honington
We might not be attending this one, but just to let you guys know that might want too.

The penultimate run of the season! We will be back here again for the finals in only a few weeks time!
Location: Old RAF Wattisham
This sprint conflicts with some work Les has lined up at the FIA "European Finals", so we won't be attending this one, but keep it on your calendar those of you that want to attend.
Location: Santa Pod
This is one at which Les will be working again with his two amigos!
Location: Santa Pod
We will be working on the clutch setup at this run, trying to squeeze a little extra from Tilly 3 before Round 5!
Location: Shakespeare County Raceway
Bank holiday weekend. Lets hope the weather remains decent for the coming weeks, as hopefully by then it will have cooled down a little. We are really looking for a PB at this place with Les and Tilly 3. We will have had plenty of time to get some work done on our setup, so hopefully we should see some nice results this time. With our extra special guests coming to this event, we are hoping for a little devine backing as well. We'll be praying we catch Floydie!!

Set in the Heart of The Country, admid beautiful rolling countryside next to Historic Stratford on Avon, With Universal Acclaim as the Best Biker Event in Europe, & The Safest Festival in the land, it is again set to be THE Biker Event of the Year.
Now thats nice to read it in their words! Its the best party event of the year, and the one we look forward to the most as a team! We can't wait, especially this time around where its their double-decade, 20th Bash. 20th Year of the Bulldog Bash, who would have thought it! This will be the 14th out of 20 for Les, so its also a big deal! This year is a big deal for everyone involved, as its a double decade celebration. You can read more about it at their site The Bulldog Bash. Ticket information was available here but all the phone and postal applications are now closed, so its at the gates only people. Tickets will be available on the gate at a price of £50, and be prepared for one hell of a fun weekend!
Location: Old RAF Woodbridge
This is another sprint going on, and we aren't 100% sure yet if we will be attending as a team. It would be nice, as we have a lot we want to test out, but we just aren't sure yet with other things that may have cropped up on the calendar. Keep an eye on the news.

Les and Tilly 3 are going to a photo shoot with other drag racing vehicles for a days fun modelling and living the life of the cat walk.
Location: Shakespeare County Raceway
Whilst the team will be attending this event, they will also be leaving on the Sunday for the photo shoot. The ET runs will be on the Saturday, so that is primarily what the team is attending for. Don't be surprised if we leave in the early hours on Sunday, its just so that Les has enough time to get his makeup applied, and fit into those new high-heals for his cat-walk duties. :)
The ET racing will take place on Saturday the 15th at SCR. We will possibly put a tenner in each, and the winner takes all. Anyone wanting to attend is welcome. You don't know what its like until youve tried it, and heres your chance.
Sunday is run what you brung, and we're off to a photo shoot to have fun!
Location: Norwich Rugby Club
This is going to be a big event folks, with lots of people in attendance. It is being held at the Norwich Rugby Club, on North Walsham Road.
There will be a disco by Ministry of Loud and bands including Mamas Dream, Smashed, Morpheus, Bad Dog No Biscuit, Strangeworld, The Fretz, Jet Scream, Shamus O'blivion and Megadeth Morrismen.
There are going to be silly games, bikes and trophy's on show, a tattoo competition, late night games for all those staying to party, rally virgins, noisy git competition, restaurant, stalls, shows and camping facilities.
All of this, and more can be found from their website, or you can call Midge on 01473 415601 or 07891 100517.
Location: Old RAF Honington
Fourth run of the Sprints for the season, this one is being held at the Old RAF Honington. The team won't be attending this sprint, as it conflicts with Round 3, but this is here just to remind those of you that are interested about it.

Round three baby!!!!! We are off to a new track this weekend Santa Pod Raceway for this run. The crew attendance will be listed later as the site changes, but I should think this will be a popular one. Here's crossing fingers well in advance for the weather to be decent. :)

Another event being held at Santa Pod where Les is working, rather then racing. However some nice pictures were taken for peoples viewing pleasure

Third run of the Sprints for the season, again being held at the Old RAF Woodbridge.
Location: Shakespeare County Raceway
Round two, round two, round two!!!!! Can ya tell the excitment has really started to build up now? Again we are at the Shakespeare County Raceway for these runs, so we should all know where the bar is and how to find it, errm I mean the pits. It should be another fun weekend. The crew attendance will be listed later as the site changes. :)
Location: Old RAF Wattisham
The second run of the Sprints for the season, yet another this month, and this time at the Old RAF Wattisham airbase.
Location: Santa Pod
Les wasn't racing at this event, he was just attending as a senior scruitineer for the bikes. However, he did take some pictures for us of some of the things and bikes at the event that he looked over.
In particular look for the two photo's of Roel Koedam's Top Fuel Bike, it really is a tidy piece of kit!

Many thanks to everyone that came to wish Les the best, and helped make it a very enjoyable night, well up until I left of course. The rest were still partying on heartily at the point I had to cave and get some kip, though I am sure they kept making it a great party. :)
Here's hoping everyone made it home without toooooo many scrapes, bruises, and encounters with the pavement, or at least have some humour to let us know about hehe.
Location: Alexandra Palace, London (Ally Pally)
This weekend is the Ally Pally! We will be at the Alexandra Palace for the Xtreme Wheels International show. There should be about ten bikes there on the stand, so if you are around or free, come along and see us wowing the crowds. :)
